Order Processing

  • Made to order: Each item is produced after your purchase.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages.

Shipping Times (after processing)

  • USA: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & EU: 3–8 business days

  • Australia/NZ: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and carrier.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the facility.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Changes

  • If an incorrect address was provided and the package returns to sender, reshipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Undeliverable / Returned to Sender

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship to a corrected address (additional shipping cost may apply).

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days (US/EU) or 25 business days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

  • Marked delivered but not received? Please check with household members/neighbors and your local post office; then email us within 7 days for support.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Received a damaged, misprinted, or defective item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

  • We’ll replace or refund per our Return Policy.

Split Shipments

  • To get your items to you faster, parts of your order may ship from different facilities and arrive on different days. You’ll receive separate tracking for each parcel.

Pre-Orders / Backorders (If Applicable)

  • Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. Orders containing pre-order items ship when all items are ready, unless split shipping is selected.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Remote Areas

  • PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Supported for some carriers; delivery may take longer.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may have extended timelines or limited shipping options.

Holiday Periods

  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons and public holidays as carriers experience higher volumes.
